new employment

Thank you for your interest in employment with Exceptional Expectations, L.L.C.  You will find this to be a fun and rewarding position.

Why should you be a provider?

This is the perfect job for students as it provides great experience as well as a flexible schedule.  Habilitation is an "exceptional" opportunity for those students studying psychology, education, special education, speech and language, child development and other related social fields.  There is a high demand for providers like you. Families in need of services are located throughout the valley, which means there could be a special child in your neighborhood waiting to meet you.  As the number of children diagnosed with autism grows daily, so does the need for quality providers.

Exceptional Expectations offers competitive rates.  Exceptional Expectations feels the providers deserve good pay for the outstanding and challenging work they do.  Exceptional Expectations offers one of the highest pay rates and offers frequent raises for those providers who excel in providing therapy and have "exceptional" surveys and evaluations.  Starting pay rates are $11-$13 per hour for habitation and depend on experience and education (call to find out your pay rate).  You can work 10 hours a week or 40 hours a week, it is up to you.

Providers must be 18 years of age or older to apply with Exceptional Expectations, L.L.C.

If you are interested in employment, you must begin by filling out an application and mailing (e-mailing) or faxing it to the office.  Once your application is received, someone from the office will contact you.  You will need to register for an upcoming 6 hour training session (see Calendar).  Once you attend the training session and all documentation is received to complete your file, you will be eligible to start working with families.  You will be given a list of families looking for providers in which you can then choose and contact families based on their location and days/times needed.
